These guys are easy to get a hold of, which is important these days. I have properties in multiple states, and it's good to have them all under the same system. I don't get the calls in the middle of the night, or have to go through the hassle of trying to collect rent. So far, I'm happy.

I can't thank you enough!

So far we’ve been very pleased with their services. We were living in it before, so we can’t compare with any other managers in the area. We do have another rental home in Florida, though, so we’re not new to the process. So far we’ve received our rent payments through direct deposit right on time and we haven’t heard any complaints from the people we’ve hired for landscaping, etc. as far as being paid on time. They’ve answered our communications (phone and e-mail) in a timely fashion and have been very professional. Most importantly, though, is that they did a great job getting the home advertised/listed ASAP and it was filled very quickly. I imagine this was because they list on so many different websites, but I’m not sure because I didn’t ask the tenants how they found our home. Also, their fee structure is especially competitive for someone who intends to keep their house rented for the long term or who may have slightly higher turnover in their property. Overall, I’d highly recommend RPM Select in Vacaville and I would definitely consider them very highly for any other business that I may have in the future.

I have been working with Real Property Management since 2010 and am highly satisfied with their performance. Nick Munsee has been on top of things any time I have a question. He has always been available and able to guide and advise me in anything that might come up. They have a user-friendly website for owners, and it's accessible 24/7. All information is easily accessed (but secure) and up-to-date, which gives me an additional sense of security. I also receive email alerts when a deposit is made to my bank account.
